The file "STYL_E86.ARR" represents a Cubase Arrangement which
already contains suitable settings for locator positions, mute
combinations and track names regarding style editing. Locator
positions have been set to one measure steps based on a 4/4
beat. Numbers of function keys correspond to the number of
bars.
Load this file into Cubase before working on styles!
The settings are called up by the following key combinations:
ATARI Cubase: mute combinations - Alternate + F key 1 - 3
locator positions - F keys 1 - 10
PC Cubase: mute combinations - Alt Gr + F key 1 - 3
locator positions - F keys 1 - 9
When loading a midifile into Cubase you will be asked "Merge into
current arrangement ?". Select "Yes" to load the midifile into the
already existing "data environment" of the arrangement.
If necessary, turn the cycle mode on to make the style parts play
back in loops.
To ensure optimum compatibility the arrangement was created on
ATARI Cubase 2.0. You may use it with any Cubase version 2.0 or
higher including Score and Audio versions and including PC and
Macintosh versions.
One final hint: Tracks must be recorded in key 'C' to enable
correct processing by STYLE CONVERT.
